WooCommerce integration tile in Arya settings

What it does

If you run a WooCommerce e-commerce, Arya auto-imports orders as deals, creates/updates customers, prepares invoices. The product catalogue syncs bidirectionally.

Prerequisites

  • Active account with WooCommerce
  • Admin or Manager role on Arya to connect
  • OAuth authorisation (or API key, where applicable)

Connect WooCommerce

1

Go to Settings → Integrations

Find WooCommerce in the gallery and click Connect.
2

Authorise via OAuth

Opens WooCommerce login page. Grant requested permissions.
3

Confirm in Arya

Arya tests the connection. If OK, you see “Connected” in green.
4

Configure preferences (optional)

Sync frequency, filters, field mapping. From Settings → Integrations → [WooCommerce] → Configure.

What syncs

DirectionEntity
WooCommerce → AryaOrders → deals + customers
WooCommerce → AryaCustomers → Arya contacts
BidirectionalProducts and prices
Arya → WooCommerceStock updated post-sale

Use in workflows

Once connected, WooCommerce appears as an action in the workflow builder. You can:
  • Trigger workflows from WooCommerce events
  • Use WooCommerce as an action (e.g. create record, send message)

Troubleshooting

Expired or revoked token. Disconnect and reconnect.
Check service API quota (rate limit). Reduce frequency if exceeding quota.
Verify field mapping and filters. Try manual sync from ⋯ → Sync now.
Arya uses unique keys for matching. Configure key (email, external ID) in Settings → Sync.

Disconnect

Disconnection immediately stops synchronisation. Already-imported data stays in the workspace.
1

Go to Settings → Integrations

Find the WooCommerce card.
2

Click Disconnect

Confirm. Access token is revoked.
