Arya records calls from:
- Google Meet / Zoom / Microsoft Teams: Arya joins as a bot participant
- Phone: via VoIP integrations (Twilio, 3CX, Aircall)
- Browser recording: click record directly in the app
Start the call
- Scheduled meetings: Arya automatically joins Google Calendar meetings linked to a deal
- Spontaneous calls: from AryaChat or mobile app click Record call
Wait for processing
After the call, Arya:
- Transcribes audio (with speaker recognition)
- Generates the AI summary (key points, decisions, objections)
- Extracts action items as proposed tasks
- Links the call to the right deal, contact and company
