How it works

Connect the audio source

Arya records calls from:
  • Google Meet / Zoom / Microsoft Teams: Arya joins as a bot participant
  • Phone: via VoIP integrations (Twilio, 3CX, Aircall)
  • Browser recording: click record directly in the app
Setup: Settings → Call Intelligence.

Start the call

  • Scheduled meetings: Arya automatically joins Google Calendar meetings linked to a deal
  • Spontaneous calls: from AryaChat or mobile app click Record call

Wait for processing

After the call, Arya:
  1. Transcribes audio (with speaker recognition)
  2. Generates the AI summary (key points, decisions, objections)
  3. Extracts action items as proposed tasks
  4. Links the call to the right deal, contact and company

Review and confirm

You get a notification when the call is ready. Review transcript + summary, accept or edit the proposed action items, add comments.

What you find in the call detail

Audio player with variable-speed playback. Synced text transcript: click a sentence → audio jumps there. Speakers auto-identified (also from Calendar invite names).
5-10 line synthesis: topic, decisions, customer objections, agreed next steps.
AI-proposed tasks like:
  • “Send revised quote by Friday”
  • “Organise technical demo with CTO”
  • “Confirm budget availability with CFO”
One click turns them into assigned tasks in the Tasks module.
Arya flags salient moments: price mentions, competitor names, key objections, interest keywords (configurable). Useful for sales coaching.
Configure keywords to track (“contract”, “discount”, “integration”) — Arya shows how often they appeared and who said them.

In the detail you’ll find:

Search across calls

In CRM → Calls you can search the transcript of every call:
  • "problem with the price" → find every call where it was said
  • Filter by period, rep, company, outcome
Useful for reviewing objection-handling examples before a tough call.
Call recording is subject to local privacy laws. In Italy it requires explicit consent from both parties.Configure Arya to:
  • Play an auto disclaimer audio at the start of the call
  • Send a chat confirmation request to the external participant
  • Log consent alongside the call
