Who’s invitable

✅ Yes:
  • Non-customer companies
  • Former customers (churn > 6 months)
  • Workspaces with different VAT
❌ No:
  • Multiple workspaces of same company
  • Users already in existing workspace
  • Self-referral
System gaming attempts (fake referrals, multi-accounts) result in program disqualification and credit loss.

Tax implications

AI credits received as referral:
  • Not taxable income (they’re free services)
  • Not invoiced
  • Only usable in service (not convertible to cash)
For businesses: log as “commercial discount” if accountant requires.

No, referral credits never expire. Different from plan-included credits (which expire monthly).
Yes, if referral company churns within 30 days, corresponding credits are withdrawn.
