Arya offers three quote types. The choice depends on commercial context, industry and required formality level.

Classic

Classic quote — static PDF
What it is: A static PDF, professionally laid out — the typical commercial offer. When to use:
  • Responses to formal requests (tenders, RFPs)
  • Customers who expect a traditional document
  • When qualified e-signature isn’t needed

  • Header/footer with workspace brand

Clauses

Clauses quote with digital signature checkboxes
What it is: A proper contract with mandatory or optional clauses the customer accepts individually and signs digitally. When to use:
  • Sales with detailed legal conditions (SLA, NDA, penalties)
  • Regulated sectors (finance, construction, healthcare)
  • When legally binding signature is required (FEA or QES)
  • Multi-year contracts
Features:
  • Manageable clauses: mandatory (must accept), optional (customer chooses)
  • Qualified electronic signature via SPID (Italian digital ID), CIE, CNS, qualified certificate
  • Advanced electronic signature via email OTP (less robust legally, often sufficient)
  • Full audit trail: date, time, IP, device, document hash
  • Each clause signed individually if configured

Sales Room

Interactive Sales Room with sections, video and pricing
What it is: An interactive web page the customer explores. Contains multimedia sections: video, case studies, interactive pricing, FAQs, testimonials. When to use:
  • Long complex consultative sales
  • Software, SaaS, digital services
  • When the buying decision involves multiple people (buying committee)
  • To differentiate from competitors with a modern experience
Features:
  • Configurable sections: rich text, video embed, case study carousel, pricing table, FAQ, team, testimonials
  • Responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • Scroll or section navigation
  • Granular tracking: time per section, clicks, videos watched
  • Accept with click + optional signature

For each type you can create reusable templates in Settings → Quotes → Templates. Save the structure, standard clauses, recurring Sales Room sections.

Frequently asked questions

Only by duplicating. You can’t convert Classic to Sales Room while keeping original tracking.
Clauses with QES (Qualified Electronic Signature via SPID/CIE/certificate). Has the same value as handwritten signature under eIDAS regulation.
AI-assisted template generation may cost differently (Sales Room uses more). Manual quote creation is free.
