How updates work
Arya is cloud-based SaaS: updates are automatic and transparent. No action needed — new features appear progressively. Releases:- Major (x.0): ~2-3 per year, significant new features
- Minor (0.x): ~monthly, improvements and incremental features
- Patches (0.0.x): weekly, fixes and small optimisations
June 2026 (current version)
Patch release focused on the stability of objects, attributes, lists and teams: configuring your workspace is now smoother and more predictable.Improvements
- Real-time lists and sidebar: creating, renaming or deleting a list is reflected in the sidebar instantly, with no page reload.
- Complete “Object type” selector: when creating or editing a list, the menu now shows every object of your active modules (including Employees, Products and other system objects).
- Clearer relationship columns: in lists and breadcrumbs you see the linked record’s name instead of its technical identifier.
- Forms (Settings → Sales → Forms): a Checkbox field with options becomes a group — the label acts as the title and each option is a separate checkbox (without options it stays a single consent checkbox). See Forms.
- Responsive embedded forms: forms published on your website are now centered and fluid (full-width on mobile), no longer narrow and left-aligned.
Fixes
- Contacts: you now control whether the last name is required. By default it’s optional — useful for imports and forms where the value isn’t always available, where only the first name stays mandatory — but you can make it required again by turning on the Required toggle on the Last name attribute in Settings → Objects → Attributes. The toggle is now always honoured on system fields.
- Contacts: sorting by First name and Last name (A→Z and Z→A) is back from the Name column header in the Contacts table; Companies remain sortable by city.
- Forms: submissions from a form linked to Contacts without a last name no longer fail on import; the record is created normally.
- Forms: the Submissions page is scrollable and the breadcrumb shows the form name instead of its identifier.
- Attributes: description and the “Required” flag are now saved correctly, both when creating and editing.
- Attributes: values you enter no longer reset when you switch browser tabs and come back.
- Attributes: the type list no longer shows duplicate entries (e.g. Checkbox, Relationship) and labels are consistent (the currency type is always “Currency”).
- Attributes: the “Long text” type is available again in the type list.
- Attributes: the type list is complete again — besides the base types, Formula, Percentage, Email, URL, Address, Image, AI field and UUID are selectable.
- Lists & objects: an object’s custom attributes (e.g. Products, Quotes) are now visible everywhere — adding a column in lists, list filters, the object detail in Settings, and templates — instead of only system fields or a subset of them.
- Lists: in the “Edit list” modal the saved object type is shown correctly and the Save button is no longer stuck disabled.
- Lists: column headers show the attribute’s assigned name instead of its technical identifier (slug).
- Lists: column widths are preserved after a page reload, like in other tables.
- Tables: ticking a checkbox cell in a record table no longer makes the row jump to a different position — the sort order stays stable. This was most visible in tables with many records imported together (e.g. Contacts, Companies, Products).
- Objects: adding a new column to an object — Quotes, delivery notes and every other system or custom object — keeps existing attributes (e.g. Number and Date) visible; they are no longer hidden.
- Objects: the create and edit record forms now show all of the object’s configured, visible attributes instead of a predefined subset. For example, “New project” now shows Project code, Type, Status and Description, not just Name, Date, Owner and Customer company. This applies to every object, system and custom.
- Objects: when you delete an attribute from a configurable object (e.g. Projects, Commesse), it now disappears right away from the create/edit forms and the table too — no more non-deletable “phantom” fields that reappear after deletion. The configuration in Settings → Objects → Attributes is the single source of truth for the attributes shown.
- Company import: standard fields (Company name, VAT number, Tax code, Address, City, Employees, Revenue) now map straight into their dedicated field instead of being left blank.
- Import: imported records appear in the list as soon as the import finishes, with no need to reload the page.
- Linked records: opening a relationship record now lands on the correct record and no longer shows the “Record not found” error.
- Linked records: opening a relationship field (e.g. a customer’s Serial number pointing to a Product) lands on the linked record with all its values filled in — Brand, Model, Serial number — instead of a detail page with empty fields (”-”).
- Teams: selecting a “Parent team” and “Team leader” works correctly when creating and editing a team.
- Notifications: the notification panel buttons (including “Clear all”) stay inside the panel.
- Supplier import: importing suppliers from a CSV file now creates the records correctly — imports that passed the preview test but then failed for real (“0 created, errors”) now go through.
- Suppliers: the supplier detail page now shows the attribute values (e.g. VAT number, Tax code) instead of all ”—”; the values already showed correctly in the table view.
- Suppliers: the breadcrumb shows the supplier’s name instead of its technical identifier.
- Employee documents (HR → Employees → Documents): documents you upload now open correctly — no more “Object not found” error; documents uploaded earlier work too.
- Project tasks: in the Projects section, a task can now be assigned to multiple people and accept attachments without triggering an “Update error”.
- Companies: the Sector field is now selectable from the company detail page too, not only from the table view; the menu shows all configured options.
- Suppliers: attributes are now editable directly from the supplier detail page — no longer only from the table view.
- Quick preview: fields are now editable directly from a record’s quick preview; your edit is saved just like on the record page (the panel was previously read-only).
- Project tasks: an attachment added to a task now opens without the “Bucket not found” error.
- Project tasks: in a project task’s secondary activities, the Checklist is now created correctly (it previously failed with a creation error).
- Record history: a record’s activity history — projects, commesse and other objects — now shows only that record’s activities; unrelated future activities or tasks belonging to other records no longer appear.
- Payslips (HR): importing payslips from PDF now works correctly — no more “Setting up fake worker failed” error.
- Payslips (mobile app): downloading a payslip from the app now works in every workspace — no more “Object not found” error (the issue previously affected only some workspaces).
- Tasks — “due today”: the Task module’s “due today” counter now counts only your tasks due today, matching the list it opens. It previously also included overdue tasks and other members’ tasks, showing a number that didn’t match the list.
- Tasks — attachments: a task’s attachments now open in preview (images and PDFs in a dedicated tab) and, when downloaded, keep the original file name instead of a string of numbers.
- Tasks — quick create from a record: the “New task” sidebar opened from a deal, contact, company or other record now offers the same fields as the full Task form — start and due date with time, estimated duration computed automatically, priorities pulled from your settings (including custom ones) and multiple assignees.
- Settings → Tasks: on first open, the default statuses and priorities (Open · In progress · On hold · Completed and Urgent · High · Medium · Low) are already in place and immediately editable — no need to create them by hand.
- Record quick preview: the fields in a record’s quick preview (e.g. Products) now show the same values as the detail page and update in real time — they could previously appear empty while the detail page was already filled in.
- Clock-in reminders: clock-in reminders now arrive only if you actually have a shift scheduled that day (a shift assigned in Human Resources → Shifts). People working in a workspace with no shifts configured no longer receive irrelevant clock-in reminders.
- Storage notification: the storage-space alert is now expressed in GB and credits instead of a confusing percentage. When you exceed the GB included in your plan it tells you how much space you’re using, how much your plan includes, and roughly how many extra credits per month the excess will cost; while you’re within the included space it simply shows your usage. The alert is sent only to the workspace owner and admins.
- Multi-workspace notifications: if the same person works in more than one workspace, clock-in notifications now start with the [Workspace name] prefix, so you can tell at a glance which workspace they refer to.
- Project planning — start and end time: when you add or edit a task in a project’s Planning, you can now set a start time and end time (HH:mm), not just a date.
- Project planning — edit and delete: a task created in a project’s or commessa’s Planning can now be edited or deleted after creation; previously it could not be changed once added.
- Pipeline kanban: the attributes you choose to show on the Opportunities kanban now stay selected — they no longer reset to all-hidden, so your visible-field choice persists.
- Kanban owners: you can assign multiple owners directly on a kanban card, each shown with its avatar thumbnail, without opening the record.
- Tables — image attributes: an image attribute (e.g. “Photo”) no longer takes a dedicated column; the image appears as the thumbnail in the Name column and opens the record when clicked.
- Projects: the project create/edit form no longer shows a hardcoded “Budget type” field that wasn’t among the object’s attributes — the form reflects only your configured attributes.
- Import — contacts with first name only: importing contacts (People) that have only a first name no longer fails with a “last_name required” error when the Last name attribute isn’t set as required; the import honours the optional setting.
- Settings → Objects: inside each object the technical identifiers (UUIDs) shown under the titles are now hidden, for a cleaner configuration view.
- Multi-select fields: on Projects (and other multi-select fields) each selected assignee shows an “x” so you can remove it with a single click — just like on tasks, with no need to reopen and reselect.
- Sidebar: the sidebar now stays open by default; in collapsed (icon) mode, clicking near the edge between two sections no longer collapses the next section by accident.
- Object tables: object tables (e.g. Opportunities) no longer show duplicated columns (such as “Lead”).
- Tasks — Record column: in the Tasks list the Record column now resolves links to native records (companies, people and others) correctly, and you can link a record inline straight from the list without opening the task.
