Account and workspace

Yes. Each workspace is isolated. You can belong to multiple workspaces (company A, company B, consulting C) and switch from the profile icon top-right.
Settings → Profile → Email. You’ll receive a confirmation link on the new address.
Settings → Workspace → Danger zone. Only admins can do this. Export important data first — deletion is irreversible.
Yes. Settings → Workspace → Export data. You receive a ZIP with every object in CSV/JSON.

Plan and billing

See arya.so/pricing for current plans. Free trial up to 5 users for 14 days.
Yes, any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades start next billing cycle.
Purchased credits are billed immediately and available instantly. They don’t expire.
Arya notifies you and offers an upgrade. New users can’t sign in until you upgrade or remove existing users.

Data and security

On EU infrastructure. Database and files on ISO 27001 certified servers.
Only you and users with a role in your workspace. The Arya team accesses only with your explicit consent for support.
Settings → Profile → Security → Enable 2FA. Use a TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
Yes, daily backups with 30-day retention. You can also export manually any time.

AI and credits

Every AryaChat, Report Chat, document generation and enrichment action consumes credits proportional to complexity. See Lesson 10 for indicative costs.
Yes (BYOK). In that case no Arya credits are consumed — you pay the provider directly.
No. Your workspace data is not used for training. See the privacy policy.
