Your gamification profile

Gamification profile with level, points, streak, badges
On home and your profile you see:
  • Total points and weekly change
  • Current level (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum)
  • Streak of consecutive active days
  • Unlocked badges
  • Leaderboard position

How to earn points

Every meaningful action generates points:

Admin-configurable — values can vary per workspace.

Levels

Beginner. Unlocks onboarding badges.
Intermediate. Access to more exclusive badges.
Expert. Public recognition.
Top performer. Rare prestigious badges.
Points reset at year start (default) or cumulative (configurable).

Streak

Consecutive days completing at least 1 meaningful action:
  • 3 days: small boost
  • 7 days: “Week Warrior” badge
  • 30 days: “Monthly Master” badge + point boost
  • 100 days: “Century Club” badge — very rare
Don’t obsess over streaks: weekends and holidays shouldn’t count. Admin can configure to exclude.

Collection of achievements unlocked by specific goals:

First Sale

First deal won.

Closer

10 wins.

Big Deal

Deal > €50k closed.

Speedster

Task done in < 1h from creation.

Perfectionist

All week’s tasks done on time.

Team Player

@mentioned 20 times in bulletin.

Cleanup Hero

Clean 100 data duplicates.

AI Pro

100 AryaChat questions.

Marathoner

30-day streak.
Badges are visible on your workspace public profile.

Leaderboard

“Leaderboard” tab shows:
  • Points ranking (weekly, monthly, annual)
  • Filterable by team or role
  • Highlights your position and who to surpass next

Challenges

Occasional contests with collective or individual goals:

Active challenge notification → Accept or Ignore.

Visible bar, position vs other participants.

Get challenge badge + possible reward (varies per workspace).

Opt-out

If gamification isn’t for you:

Disable participation.

What changes

  • No more point accumulation
  • Not on public leaderboards
  • No badge/level notifications
  • Historical data visible only to you
No impact on official performance evaluation.
