Immediate. Pro-rata payment for remaining period. New features active right away.

Payment method

Arya accepts:
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • SEPA Direct Debit (European account)
  • Bank transfer (annual enterprise plans only)
Configure in Billing → Payment method → Add.

Invoices from Arya

Arya issues invoices to you for your subscription. Find them in Billing → Invoices. Compliant electronic format (TD01), auto-sent to SDI with your configured workspace SDI/PEC code.

Automatic user upgrade

If you exceed plan user count:

Arya notifies you

Email to admin.

Options

  • Automatic upgrade (opt-in) → immediate higher plan
  • Manual upgrade → you decide
  • Refuse → new users can’t access until you free slots

AI credits

Extra AI credits are:
  • Included in plan (monthly quota)
  • Purchasable in packs (100, 500, 5000)
  • Don’t expire (purchased packs)
  • Expire (plan-included) monthly if unused

Referral program

Invite other companies to use Arya:
  • Them: 10% discount on first 3 months
  • You: €10 AI credits per converted workspace
