Deadlines visualised in monthly/quarterly calendar. Colours by type and urgency:
  • 🔴 Expired
  • 🟠 Urgent (within 7 days)
  • 🟡 Upcoming (within 30 days)
  • 🟢 Normal (beyond 30 days)

Automations

60 days before expiry → automatic task to safety officer to book visit.
30 days from contract end → task to manager for renewal decision.
On passing 5 years since last safety training → automatic enrolment in next available course.
