Custom email domain
To send emails fromnamesurname@yourcompany.com instead of arya.so:

Add domain
Workspace → Email → Add domain.

Verify DNS
Arya gives SPF/DKIM/DMARC records to add to DNS. Your IT configures.

Verification complete
Arya sends test email from your domain.

Activate
From then on workspace emails use your domain.
Data export
For GDPR or migration:- Export all: ZIP with CSV/JSON of every object
- Export selected: only some objects or date range
- Periodic backup: schedule monthly export to S3/Google Drive
