* **Benchmark**: aggregate team metrics (talk ratio, questions/call)
* **Best moments**: library of "excellent example" clips extracted from winning calls

## CRM integration

Every call is automatically:

* Linked to deal
* Added to contact timeline
* Action items → tasks assigned to rep
* Summary → deal note

## Hardware

For traditional telephony use (not VoIP):

* **Phone gateway** that records and sends to Arya (Arya-provided hardware)
* **Mobile app with audio recording** for smartphone calls (compliance varies by country)

## Costs

See [Lesson 10](/en/arya-101/lesson-10-ai-and-aryachat) for AI credit estimates:

* Transcription: 50-100 credits / 60 min
* Summary: 10-20 credits / call
* Tracker analysis: 2-5 credits / call
