# Billing and payments

> Manage plan, payment method, invoices, included users.

The **Billing** section manages your Arya subscription: plan, payment method, Arya-issued invoices, upgrades/downgrades.

## Your plan

## Plan change

<Tabs>

    Immediate. Pro-rata payment for remaining period. New features active right away.

  <Tab title="Downgrade">
    Effective from next billing cycle. Arya warns if new plan has limits you'd violate (e.g. fewer users).
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Cancellation">
    Immediate auto-renewal disabled. Access until end of paid period. After → deactivated account (not deleted).
  </Tab>

## Payment method

Arya accepts:

* **Credit card** (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
* **SEPA Direct Debit** (European account)
* **Bank transfer** (annual enterprise plans only)

Configure in **Billing → Payment method → Add**.

## Invoices from Arya

Arya issues invoices to you for your subscription. Find them in **Billing → Invoices**. Compliant electronic format (TD01), auto-sent to SDI with your configured [workspace](/en/settings/workspace) SDI/PEC code.

## Automatic user upgrade

If you exceed plan user count:

    * Manual upgrade → you decide
    * Refuse → new users can't access until you free slots

## AI credits

Extra AI credits are:

* **Included** in plan (monthly quota)
* **Purchasable** in packs (100, 500, 5000)
* **Don't expire** (purchased packs)
* **Expire** (plan-included) monthly if unused

Usage monitoring in **Settings → AI → Credits**.

## Referral program

Invite other companies to use Arya:

* Them: 10% discount on first 3 months
* You: €10 AI credits per converted workspace

Referral link in **Settings → Referral**.

For companies > 100 users or custom needs:

* Negotiated pricing
* Guaranteed SLAs
* Priority support
* Dedicated onboarding
* Custom integrations
* Unlimited legal archiving
* Dedicated environments
