# Frequently asked questions

## Account and workspace

  <Accordion title="Can I have multiple workspaces with the same account?">
    Yes. Each workspace is isolated. You can belong to multiple workspaces (company A, company B, consulting C) and switch from the profile icon top-right.

  <Accordion title="How do I change my account email?">
    **Settings → Profile → Email**. You'll receive a confirmation link on the new address.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I delete my workspace?">
    **Settings → Workspace → Danger zone**. Only admins can do this. Export important data first — deletion is irreversible.

  <Accordion title="Can I export all my data?">
    Yes. **Settings → Workspace → Export data**. You receive a ZIP with every object in CSV/JSON.

## Plan and billing

  <Accordion title="Can I change plan?">
    Yes, any time from **Settings → Billing**. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades start next billing cycle.

  <Accordion title="When are extra AI credits billed?">
    Purchased credits are billed immediately and available instantly. They don't expire.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if I exceed my plan's user cap?">
    Arya notifies you and offers an upgrade. New users can't sign in until you upgrade or remove existing users.

## Data and security

  <Accordion title="Where is my data hosted?">
    On EU infrastructure. Database and files on ISO 27001 certified servers.

  <Accordion title="Who can see my data?">
    Only you and users with a role in your workspace. The Arya team accesses only with your explicit consent for support.

  <Accordion title="How do I enable 2FA?">
    **Settings → Profile → Security → Enable 2FA**. Use a TOTP app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do you back up?">
    Yes, daily backups with 30-day retention. You can also export manually any time.
  </Accordion>

## Features

  <Accordion title="Does Arya support Italian e-invoicing?">
    Yes, with native integration to the *Sistema di Interscambio* (SDI) via Acube and FatturaInCloud. Supports invoices, TD04 credit notes, self-invoices.

  <Accordion title="Can I integrate Arya with other systems?">
    Yes. Native integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, WhatsApp, Apollo, FatturaInCloud, WooCommerce, Notion, Trello, DocuSign and many more. See [Integrations](/en/integrations/overview). You can also use webhooks and APIs for custom integrations.

## AI and credits

  <Accordion title="How are AI credits consumed?">
    Every AryaChat, Report Chat, document generation and enrichment action consumes credits proportional to complexity. See [Lesson 10](/en/arya-101/lesson-10-ai-and-aryachat) for indicative costs.

  <Accordion title="Can I use my own OpenAI or Anthropic API key?">
    Yes (BYOK). In that case no Arya credits are consumed — you pay the provider directly.

  <Accordion title="Is my data used to train AI?">
    No. Your workspace data is not used for training. See the privacy policy.
