# Referral program

> Invite companies, earn AI credits, help Arya grow.

If you find Arya useful, share it and earn AI credits. The referral program is win-win: invited company gets discount, you get credits.

## How it works

    **Settings → Referral → Generate link**. Personal unique URL.

    Via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website. Arya tracks automatically.

  <Step title="Referred company signs up">
    Via your link → 10% discount on first 3 months.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Converts to paid plan">
    After trial, if they subscribe → you get €10 AI credits.

## Referral dashboard

In **Settings → Referral** you see:

* **Sent invites** (link clicks)
* **Registrations** (trials started)
* **Conversions** (active payments)
* **Total credits earned** and current month

## Who's invitable

✅ **Yes**:

* Non-customer companies
* Former customers (churn > 6 months)
* Workspaces with different VAT

❌ **No**:

* Multiple workspaces of same company
* Users already in existing workspace
* Self-referral

  System gaming attempts (fake referrals, multi-accounts) result in program disqualification and credit loss.

## Marketing materials

Arya provides:

* **Ready social posts** (LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
* **Email templates**
* **"Powered by Arya" badge** for your site
* **Presentations** explaining Arya to prospects

Download from **Settings → Referral → Materials**.

## Ambassador program

If particularly active (10+ conversions) you become **Arya Ambassador**:

## Tax implications

<Note>
  AI credits received as referral:

  * Not taxable income (they're free services)
  * Not invoiced
  * Only usable in service (not convertible to cash)

  For businesses: log as "commercial discount" if accountant requires.
